Returns

Returns are accepted on eligible items within 14 days of the order receipt date, provided the item is in its original condition—unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags attached.

  • Returns will be processed within 5–7 business days of receipt.

  • Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment.

  • A $10 restocking fee applies to all returns unless the return is for an exchange or store credit, or if the order was placed with Return Coverage at checkout.

  • Clearance and final sale items are not eligible for return or exchange.

Shipping

At ARYA, we take pride in delivering your golf apparel quickly, reliably, and in perfect condition. Currently, we ship exclusively within the United States, including Alaska and Hawaii. We’re actively working to offer international shipping in the near future.

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 48–72 business hours (Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays) after your order is placed. During high-volume periods—such as seasonal launches, promotional sales, or holidays—processing times may take longer. Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a tracking confirmation email so you can follow its journey to your doorstep.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and depend on several factors, including the number of items ordered, total package weight, delivery location, and the shipping method you choose.

  • Ground Shipping – Estimated delivery in 8–10 business days

  • Priority Shipping – Estimated delivery in 2–4 business days

  • Express Shipping – Estimated delivery in 1–2 business days

Delivery estimates are provided by the carrier and may vary depending on location, weather, and carrier conditions.

Address Accuracy & Order Changes

Please review your shipping address carefully before completing your purchase. If you notice an error, contact us immediately at support@aryaapparel.com. While we will do our best to update your order, we cannot guarantee changes once your package enters the fulfillment process. Any address errors caused by autofill tools such as Shop Pay or Apple Pay are the customer’s responsibility.

Delays & Carrier Responsibility

Once your order is in the hands of the carrier, ARYA is not responsible for delays, lost shipments, or damages during transit. If your package is delayed, please contact the carrier directly with your tracking number for assistance.

Warranty

Arya does not offer a general product warranty.

If you receive an item that is defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 3 days of delivery at:

Include your order number and a clear photo of the issue. Each claim will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

Order Changes

Changes or cancellations may be possible before an order is fulfilled, but are not guaranteed.

  • Once an order is confirmed and in processing, modifications may not be possible.

  • Arya is not responsible for unprocessed changes requested after the fulfillment window begins.
